Frequently Asked Questions?
Q. Does Enkore Realty have a Cap Level?
enkore: We get questions about Cap Levels on a regular basis. Because we charge such a small amount from the very first transaction - It's not necessary to have a Cap Level; and in some cases our Standard Transaction Fee is less than other Brokerages Transaction Fee after an Agent hits Cap Level Status.
Example of $250K sale @3% commission, $12,000 Brokerage Cap - it would take approximately 8 Sides at 80/20 split plan. (By that time you have given up $12,000 in commissions to that Brokerage, where if at Enkore 5.0 plan you have effectively only given up $2,000; Enkore puts $10,000 more in your pocket!)
Q. I didn't see Errors and Omissions mentioned in your commission plans, are we responsible for our own coverage?
enkore: Excellent question. Enkore provides E&O insurance on all deals that are processed through the company, a part of each transaction fee is used for covering the E&O expense.
Q. I just recently got my Real Estate License which Stratus plan should I signup for?
enkore: First and Foremost congratulations on your achievement, you have completed the first step toward both financial and daily 9-5 freedom. As a new or newer agent you would not qualify for our Stratus 5.0 plan which is specifically for Agents that have already demonstrated the ability to successfully navigate Real Estate Transactions from Start to Finish without mentoring or Broker involvement. The plan designed for new Agents is our Stratus 35 plan. This plan is perfect for those who need "more" assistance and training, offers full Office/Broker support, Broker assisted walkthroughs of transactions, and marketing mentoring. The good news is that once you have achieve a level of proven success/ability in managing customers/clients/transactions you can always switch to the 5.0 plan.
Q. The Status 5.0 plan includes a For Sale Sign, how to do I get more signs for additional listings?
enkore: Once a member of Enkore you will be provided with our logo and color schemes to stay compliant with corporate branding. Additional signs can be purchased directly from Enkore or you can outsource your own signs/marketing material using our corporate branding/color schemes. Our standard signs do not include Agent photos/pictures or any other information outside of our web address - many agents prefer to have something "more robust" and we encourage that here at Enkore. We are working towards developing an online ordering process at our site for one stop shopping for Agents as they need to replenish marketing supplies such as for sale signs.
