In troubling times amidst a Global Pandemic, Enkore Realty Inc. was created to provide financial freedom from the traditional brokerage's crushing splits. Even at one of the highest split levels at a top ranked Brokerage, Enkore's Executive Team broke off to launch it's own Realtor® friendly Brokerage and give true Freedom back to the Agent. Freedom from restrictive Business policies, Freedom from Ridiculous Broker heavy and often confusing split plans, Freedom to do Business a Better way.

To provide our Agents a Brokerage simple enough to foster success, education and Freedom to run your Real Estate Business that way you see fit. Our commission structurer/fees to Agents are very aggressive giving back to the Agent the way it should be.
